I know how it feels, but I would like to reassure you.

It's probably performance anxiety. I had it on my first sexual experience. We want to impress, to demonstrate our masculinity, to be passionate. Yet, all these ambitions, added with the lack of experience, lead to a lot of stress. 

I was able to overcome that problem (get it up) thanks to her openness. In the beginning, she thought it was her fault, then I explain to her I was a little stressed. She understood and tried to get me comfortable.

This mood let me release the tension and have amazing sex. 

Now we have sex in whatever place, situation, position. We like to experiment, especially the hard things

When I was reading your post, it recalled me an exercise of The Way of the Superior Man by David Deida. I think there is a similar exercise in the book The Multi-Orgasmic Man.

Another trick that is helping me is just doing physical exercises.
