Personal effect on NoFap that I've noticed:

 

I objectify women a lot less.

Don't really care if a woman is hot if she has a potatoe mind.

I have WAY more energy.

Feels more joyful throughout the day.

More masculine.

More loving.

More confident.

More intuitive.

Stronger erection.

I have way more control on myself.

Eyes contact are powerful, can look anyone in the eyes for as long as I want.

I switched from wanting a decent gf to have nice sex and ok intimacy to wanting an amazing gf to have deep and super long tantra session and inimaginable deep intimacy (won't settle for less, doesn't matter how long it takes).

 

Hard to know what is from NoFap or not, but even if just a third comes from it it's already pretty amazing, isn't it

Just took the first cold shower ever.

Not that hard honestly (15°, can't go lower).

Just wet your feet and your neck, then go all-in, head first.

Feels way better than warm shower imo.

@Shin Yes! It feels very uncomfortable at first since I go ALL IN without any thought, but after some deep and fast breaths I get used to it. I noticed that even my stuttering has diminished like magic (I stutter since i was 12 years old) because I don't overanalyze shit in my mind and words come out of my mouth pretty fluently and spontaneously.. Today the arctic shower lasted approximately 3 minutes.. Came out revitalized and I full of energy.. Looking forward to cold shower tomorrow..
