I am on day 71.

Yesterday I asked Jan Esman about semen retention as help in awekening of Kundalini and he said that it should be done only if it come naturally, meaning that if you try to fight too hard not to ejaculate, it can lead to frustration and can be counterproductive...

Then he added that he hasn't ejaculated in 5 years and hasn't had sex in 18+ (pun intended)
