Tip: You have to workout at the gym...if you think that you're going to succeed at nofap without a daily exercise habit you are simply fooling yourself

I have almost zero motivation to cum anymore. I actually found kind of a cheap that's common in the spiritual circles. I feel into the sexual emotion so much that I actually almost ejaculate but through and up my spine and out the head during meditation.

May be slightly off topic but come to think of it when i had my first kundalini awakening several years ago i realized that i did no-fap/no-sex or any thoughts or sexual acts in general for 3-6months i was deep into spirituality and meditation, buddhism, taoism and general zen-like lifestyle.

I was so immersed in all that i was learning and all this energy i had was just becoming greater and greater until one day i woke up and looked back and realized i was in a completely different world, understood life in a much more profound way, everything was seen, felt and understood in a more authentic way than i ever have experienced before and it didn't even stop there.

I think the real superpowers come from no sexual contact, thought or activities at all. The body eventually transmutes that buildup of sexual energy throughout the whole being which leads to all these claimed benefits.

Just doing No-Fap is more like getting a little taste of the whole power as for many no-fap may seem like a lot of benefits to them because they never had any spiritual awakenings or powerful shifts but i assure it its only scratching the surface.

@pluto yeah mine popped in the middle of a vipassana retreat. I was so lost in desire during meditation I said screw it I’m gonna me love to my feminine side right here and right now. Once the desire fell it instantly supercharged my sits. That root chakra though, it still needs work haha

Around 1,5 months behind. I've lately started noticing decreased interest towards sexuality. I'm starting to see how my life was mainly focused around sexuality for my whole youth, for over 10 years.  It feels good now. Because i realize that chasing for sexual pleasure is an endless route, you never get enough pussy. lmfao Now i can still enjoy sex when it happens but i'm not attached to it.

What I noticed in my experience is a huge boost in energy, clarity of the mind, and a tendancy to stop doing bullshit and useless shit that doesn't make me grow.

Of course the other obvious benefit is that you naturally start to act like an alpha, without even trying.

I speak, move and gaze way more confidently than before, and I'm not needy of women anymore, this role has been reversed lol

I would'nt say It would be easy to pick up women, but I know that If I want to learn It's gonna be WAY easier, because I don't see women on a pedestal anymore.

Also I found out that very few woman actually attract me for real, those who are hot but shallow only attract the lustfull part of me, and this side isn't in control anymore.

Like a 6/7 that reflect happiness, openeness an sheerefullness is gonna be way more attractive than a 8/9 which is hollow/bitter and full of lust, they can't cheat about that, you can sense it even before they start to speak in most cases.
