Sat down yesterday and did nothing for two hours. Quite pleasant. Quite figity too. Didn't want to get swallowed up again, but, stuff, you know

Doing 30 mins enquiry every day, 'what art I'?

Drinking a litre of acqua first thing every day.

Being mindful of everything when i remember.

Digesting a lifetime of anthroposophy and other stuff.
