Any comments on his view on non-duality?

He is one who has journeyed the path of much suffering, addiction, hitting rock bottom, etc -- which can be seen in his countenance. I suppose his approach appeals to others on that path, and the path of recovery, as he can relate to those perspectives. He came through AA, and possibly (not sure) studied A Course In Miracles, and has some informal zen background. If you're wondering if his teaching and approach is valid, I suppose it is very subjective and relative to one's POV. I can't judge it, not having taken that kind of journey, but if it is working in some way for those who resonate with it, then to each their own.

I seem to recall that I did watch his interview on batgap.com, when it first came out ... seemed like genuine enough guy.

I like his approach, very down to earth and genuine, but his ideas are pretty much the typical rhetoric found in 'non-dual' belief paradigm. Though, he sure does work that 'selfing' angle pretty hard...hah

Approximately 5 months ago, I was very drawn to his videos. I watched many of them. He is quite repetitive on purpose, and he recommends self inquiry and listening to his talks for achieving Self-realization. I'm not sure I got something out of his videos, even thought it felt appropriate listening to him when I did.

Paul Hedderman tells it like it is, in a brutal fashion, without the kind loving gazes.  Clearest and most direct message out there.
Perhaps one needs to have suffered enough to be ready for Paul's message.  He is not suitable for everyone.
