@egoless stop smoking. Start eating healthy. Get in the circadian rhythm- go to sleep earlier, get up early. Literally do some walking, until you can do some running. Take the power back.  You absolutely can do this. It, like everything, starts with a decision, and proceeds in the belief. Make the decision and burn the boats.

For god sake.... Sleep at 09pm
