Just sit and look at the moon

Whenever you feel stuck in life or overly stressed ..Just sit and look at the moon. Is that simple

Do it for 15 min to 1h. It will calm you down. Its so damn beautiful. Its sad that we take this things for granted.

It will some give space inside . Just try it out.  Consider this a simple technique for relaxation  

You can make it a hobbie..Whenever you free , just sit and look at he moon.  Peace.

Lie still on the ground, high in the mountains, look-up at the seas of stars and the spotlights of moons, surrounded by a serenades of crickets, and the hushed sounds of rustling winds on far-away trees.
