I'm still trying to wrap my mind around the concept of ego, ego death, true self, etc. But after listening to the "Distraction" episode in which Leo says that 99.99% of people are lost when it comes to self-actualization because of distraction, it got me wondering: what would be like living a life free of distraction? and what if everyone was living that way?
