Why you should eat healthy (video request)

Would be really cool if he would make a video about this

(also if he could explain what it really means to eat healthy what food should you chose that's healthier than others or if there is some healthy food that look familiar but the way it's produced is unhealthy)

there are some things that are obvious but i think there is some things that might be less immediate obvious
