does fear or anxiety cause hands-comfort sweating ?

Hello guys I face a problem that I begin sweating  when something happening for example when I see my crush my hands feet exactly my my comfort-hand begin sweating so I want to ask if that has an connection with anxiety or fear 

please your insights .

Yup maybe it is but I thought it was only the hands not the whole body

It is a sign of anxiety along with rapid heart beats,shaking excessive thoughts.

Sweating of hands and feet is a sign of fear break not the other way around. But society joked about this along time ago, and now we have fear of this.

When you notice sweaty palms or feet, pop your hand on your tummy, lightly, look down, watch and feel yourself for breathing slowly and deeply. Observe yourself breathing. Stay there for 10 minutes.
