Tolerating cold water

I was taking a shower, and remembered to try making it cold at the end. It is winter temperatures outside and at first the cold shock seemed way too intense. I was about to give up. Then I remembered Wim Hoff and took only two deep breaths and held it in. After that the cold became effortless to tolerate and I was flapping around like a kid in the rain. 

Don't forget to regulate your breathing if you are going to attempt cold showers!
