Again, I Wanna Go Back To My Acting Career

6 posts in this topic

Before, i'm pursuing my acting career here in the Philippines but, my world and the whole aspects of me is now different.. to act is like you go back to the self , to the drama of your life in the past to cry,, how can i pursue my acting without go back the past and every time i act i become myself that I don't need to think.. because one of the techniques in acting is you think the negative moment in your life..

If you think of music we bring the past to the present moment a lot.

I feel like you are overthinking it a little bit, it should be okay to think of the past but the main thing is you don't wanna dwell on it. You can't live in the past or you'll lose your mind. Also you won't get the "i dont need to think" feeling until you've done it 100's of times.

gl keep at it

I attended 40workshops for acting before i self actualize and meditate, techniques in acting is if the scene is about sad.. your emotions must come out... and one of the techniques is chubuck technique that you must think your problem in the past that makes you sad to cry.. emotion is contained in memories.. here in the Philippines acting is not an action.. when you act ,viewers must feel your emotion so they can relate to you... i'm not overthinking.. actors they cage themselves into their past you libe in the past... there is a technique that you act in the moment but you think and you trigger your emotion by the person you hate, you love or that makes you emotional.. still living in the past, i think that's the reason they don't grow like us, tv is full of dramas right? That is the reason... that is the problem in acting industry... acting is not easy.. your viewers must believe that you are in hurt... so you let go to all your negative emotions and live as if that moment is still in the present moment you project to your acting mate... you think of a person who you dislike if you want your viewers believe that you hate your partner in the scene.. that is my problem .. now i have so much insights , learnings, and experience in this journey of self actualization the problem is the memories is not as effective like before... my system don't cling anymore in any thoughts that come out... if i give in to the lower self and make myself  to the scene it is very wasting the time.. we train our minds not to cling and i make my self cling? Just to portray a drama? Huhuhuhh T_T most celebrities are toxic.. because scene in the movies or in the series eat their whole mind by all emotions... and they work like that 24hrs haha shooting is not healthy so what do you expect? 24 hrs you let your mind eat all negative or illusion and let that to make an action... the wiring of the brain will get used to that and it can affect your whole life..

@John Iverson it’s acting. Act. Let a different persona use you by putting yourself away for a while.

Persona, using delusional and illusion? I will set a side the true nature of my self?

Is that okay? For the meantime? Because i will do that 24hrs a day because shooting in a series or a movie is whole day and the break time is your sleeping time and after break you act again.. you memorize the script..
