I don't quite get yet, what's the end of the cycle of birth and death as a physical body, is it enlightenment itself or is it only possible if you reach some highest stage of enlightenment?

And also, is ending the cycle of samsara and liberation is the ultimate goal of spiritual seekers?

And Leo do you want to be reborn again, or u want to go to nirvana??
