Book Recommendations?

Hi there,

Does anyone recommend any particularly good books on Psilocybin Mushrooms. A general guide, something of a background research tool into the psychedelics. I don't know which book to get:

Food of The Gods (Terrence Mckenna)

The Psychedelic Explorers Guide (James Fadiman)

Decomposing the shadow: Lessons from the psilocybin mushrooms (James W. Jesso

Can anyone recommend me anything?

Terrence Mckenna. Didn't read anything from him, but listened to a few of his YouTube talks a few years ago. He has a lot of them on YouTube.
