how do we convince people that journey is not so hard. I think this is the biggest barrier to people doing this work.....they dont understand that  this is completely necessary.

@Chris40 My experience has led me to understand that I am an ignorant fool, and that no one can be convinced of anything, nor can I. When someone asks me why I’m so damn happy all the time, I say, meditation, spirituality, loving my body and mind. When someone asks why I love so much, I say I love you. I feel it ultimately serves to remind me we are each our own reality. The farthest I have ever made it in convincing anyone of anything is saying, “it’s ok...it’s ok....just breathe from your stomach. Everything is ok. You’re ok.”
