Albert Einstein's Theory Of Happiness

Apparently a handwritten note of Albert Einstein's sold for $1.56 Million dollars. 

The note says:

"A calm and modest life brings more happiness then the pursuit of success combined with constant restlessness"

I have been on the restless pursuit of finding a calm and modest life for quite some time now. I'll let you know when i succeed if Einstein was right.
