Meditation Tip

2 posts in this topic

How to go beyond just observing yourself and your surroundings during a meditation.

Rather than just observing your experience, you can deepen your meditation by focusing on being that thing you are experiencing.

You are not "aware" of awareness, that's just further conceptualization by the mind.

You are nothing but awareness, and upon that realization you find that the notion of "consciousness/awareness" is as well only a concept, and that you are in fact everything.

A prerequisite for this type of meditation is letting go of thought and having a silenced mind, and then a laser focus on BEING.

Tl:dr = Become the thing you observe.
