I am not 100% sure on this but i still think it's interesting that sometimes when i have gotten an aha moment it has also been when my own belief wasn't involved rather i was only focusing on understanding the idea it might sound odd but some times it can be to easy to only belive(or understand) in the ideas that match your own belief system/world view
