Critical Thinking Vs. Contemplation

Just finished watching both of these videos. I was hoping someone could elucidate the finer distinctions between the two.

Perhaps I should contemplate the distinction.

Critical Thinking is more focused and directed towards a specific decision.

Contemplation is more aimless and free. You don't know what to expect from it.
