How To Integrate Many Subtle/difficult Habits?

The problem is that there are some difficult habits that I'm unable Integrate in me even after using affirmations, I'll just give a personal example that I am facing currently. I used to be low confident kiddo with utmost lack of self-respect. After reading the theory I understood the confidence game and changed a part of me like the way I think, talk etc.., But I am also able to notice a hell of a number of subtle things which are usually performed with low confidence - Like the way I speak to people, to strangers, the way I walk, act etc.., I can't allot specific time and train myself for each and every subtle thing that I notice because there are literally so many. So, How can I integrate this confidence thing more effectively into my balls and bones? 

And are there any advanced techniques to integrate those habits?

sit and think about what a really confident person would do how they wud speak how they would walk how theyd assert themselves in any fuckin situation because they know they have what it takes contemplate everything u think of when u think of an confident person once u get a clear idead of it in ur head just fucking start doing it. whenever u start acting like an insecure bitch think of what an alpha male wud do and try ur best to do that

As you told "First think about the incidents and then just do it" I actually know many incidents(or visuals) where I should be improving myself, for example, let's say that I should be more assertive when I talk to people, but when I actually talk with people I am unable to implement it because it is happening unconsciously until unless I keep some conscious effort. And keeping that conscious effort every time you talk with someone is literally very difficult (because talking is something that can be done at any time in a day and it's really hard to be conscious at every single time that you talk).

yes every thing you will do to try to improve yourself will be difficult but thats why u just do your best and dont worry about it. Nobody is judging you. Everybody is to busy judging themselves. Yes it will be difficult to try to be more confident but every time you try is growth because eventually all those tries turn into results. But it wont be as quick and effortless as you wwant
