Journalling/contemplating

Hello,

i've been stumbling on some posts, talking about a video where Leo teaches us how to keep a journal and contemplate. 
Been searching for it for some time, but can't find it anywhere. If you know what video it might be, please tell me. Also, if you have a short guide on how i can journal/contemplate, that will be appreciated.
