This is my first online journal of any sort. I am interested in seeing how my daily habits or perspectives will change in being consistent in posting.

"You are Here"

- I'm 22 years old escaping the life of a bad marriage and intense religious upbringing. I live in a one bedroom apartment with my brother-- at least for the next month until the lease ends.  I work at a restaurant as a server; and, although the money is good enough to live on, my intentions are to get out of the industry as soon as possible. Honestly, my big-picture goals feel fuzzy to me because I've been so focused on getting out of some really intense bullshit for the past two years. My hope in keeping this journal is to turn that around and live a more enlightened lifestyle. 

- Current Habits:

  • Smoking almost every day (Not Cigarettes)
  • Drinking (1-2 drinks) 4-6 per week
  • Drinking (2+ drinks) 1-2 per month
  • Sleep is usually irregular (5 hours - 9 hours)
  • Stretching 30 min 5-6 times a week
  • Working Out 3 times per week
  • Work 40-50 Hours per week
  • Meditate 3-4 times per week
  • Journal 3-5 times per week
  • Guitar: 5-10 Hours per week

- Bank Account: $40 until Friday

- Cash: $126

- Health: 7/10

- Mental Health: 6/10

- Hours of Sleep: 9

My Pre-30 Goals:

- Honestly, this list needs some work.

Goals for 2016:

- Move out of TN

- Save $5,000

- Buy a guitar (Currently playing with my friend's)

- Still adding to the list

This Week's Goals:

- Exercise 4 times this week ( 2 Legs/ 2 upper Body)

- Meditate Daily 5 min

- Journal Daily

- Focus on Bigger Picture Goals

- Find new job opportunities

- Smoke Only 5 times
