Sensations Voluntary, That I Control

Sense I was a kid I've had some sensations especially in the legs and feet, I control, but when I was  kid was like I couldn't control that, look's like something that goes sense the top of the legs through the end of the feet, I can do up of the body, but is easyer in the legs and feet, is like somethink that run's quickly trough the body, and I can control, when I force that looks like my legs will jump...
 Can someone explain to me what is that, it's hard to explain
