I love my mudras, I had bought a nice set of mudra cards and been doing them for like two months now. I'm going to check out and learn some more from the link you posted,  thanks!

Mudras arise naturally out of the nervous system so it makes sense that they'd be discovered in different paths. The prayer hands posture is an awesome mudra in and of itself. Opens the heart right up.
