At What Point Should I Wonder If Im Doing Something Wrong

2 posts in this topic

since its hard to judge the results from meditation/self inquiry, how am i supposed to know if im doing something wrong with my practices? I notice for example during self inquiry that my monkey mind becomes a monkey on coke and I dont know if theres any use from that.

you are working in reverse...instead of trying to see what's wrong, keep trying to see you're doing right.

you're doing right, you're perfect,you're doing good

you are doing wonderfully, even if your monkey mind is running it's perfect.
to enlighten is to see the good in you, strive to see the good, strive to see what's already there

What do you have to lose by accepting who you are? perhaps there is fear that you won't change if you don't put yourself down, then where is the incentive to change?

change is an act of love, it happens naturally, you are ever-changing by nature, such is the quality of infinity, of the universe.
you don't need to try to change, you don't need to do any effort to change, allow yourself to be and you will naturally drift towards where you want to be.

accept who you are right now, stop looking for what's wrong, abandon the definition of wrong, look for what's perfect, everything is perfect.
as you relax into your own love and acceptance, which forms a warm bubble of comfort and light, but you are responsible for creating this bubble,
this is self-love, as you relax into your own self-love,you will feel good, you will change naturally, if you feel good you'll feel energized you will change, not because something is wrong with you, you will change because finally you feel free to be yourself, free of your worries to be something, free of your worries of having to meet a certain standard, free to be perfect as you are right now

that freedom is acquired through self-love

the question is , what are you doing right
