@Nahm Toe sensations are self-sensing.  Getting rid of that mine is gonna be tough.

Concept dominates your perception, when you look and sense any body sensation, there is a conceptual component that's constantly plugged into your mind. With a deep enough enlightenment experience you won't have that.

Meditate as if you're newly born without any concepts of anything whatsoever.

Would you know what a toe is when you're just born? Would you know what a location entails? How can that be? You don't even know your reference point (you)! You don't even know inside, outside, above, below, left, right etc. 

To go a step further: where is your proof that the feeling is coming from that "left toe" and it's not the "sound in your right ear"? Maybe all senses are "located" at the same place.
