I Bet You Know The Answer!!!

When is the best time to mediate? Silly question yet maybe, but the only stupid question there could ever be is the one not asked. 

So any ideas on when? 6 in the morning, 1 in the afternoon? Wake up in the middle of night? When?

The best time is the part of the day when you feel most focused and refreshed. For everyone it will be different. You don't have to get up that early ;) Actually, when I first started off I used to meditate at 6 or 6.30am. I felt terribly sleepy and tired, couldn't concentrate at all. So pls don't make this mistake. I found that, for me personally, the best time is maybe 8 o'clock, after I finish my coffee :D 

Try to find out what works best for you.

For me that's definitely morning. Almost immediately after waking up. I usually start my day by going to the bathroom and cleaning my face and then drinking a glass of water. Then I sit down and meditate. After I'm done, I feel great. Not only because I've just meditated, but also because I know I've done a thing I should be doing. So doing it in the morning right after waking up gives me momentum and saves me from trouble of thinking that I need to meditate.

For me its post wake up or pre going to bed. I really like to meditate when it's dark also, which is usually in the night or early morning

Thanks! I need to make a habit of this, my days have been just passing by, and i'm sure with meditation, i will be able to organize them quite differently!

Speaking of making a habit, I broke my daily habit of meditating 3 days ago and may get back into it.  Had the flu and felt like taking a break. My ego sucks. Haha

And to answer your question from a month ago.  The best time to meditate is whenever you can.  (:

So i've been building the Habit, daily i sit down and i mediate, yet the thing is that I have a concern. 

I've been building my routine, i'm creating a very strong and powerful day to day routine, i'm living my highest values and really truly getting to the guts of my being, yet that being said, i still don't know when to mediated, i do spend 30 or so mintues a day, yet i fall short by either doing it after the routine, or before, and now i'm wondering, when is it best? Is this even correct? I mean it's a silly question yet again, yet i have to hear from other people.... 

Anyway.... thanks in advanced to anyone if anyone.....
