Hello, New To Meditation And The Forum

I have been meditating for 30 minutes daily now for a week, inspired by Leo's videos, and have had some interesting experiences. I am not sure of what to make of them, but would like your opinions. I was aware of the feeling of bodily sensations and the sounds around me simultaneously and eventually it was if my sense of space started to shrink and draw in between my eyebrows and behind the eyes then it eventually evaporated, this was strange but not unpleasant.

What method are you using?

Generally a lot of weird sensations will turn up in meditation. They don't mean mutch.  I think its best not to get to cought up in them as they will usually just distract you from the technique you are supposed to be using. 


INSTEAD OF COMMUNICATING WITH PEOPLE AS IF THEY POSSESSED INTELLIGENCE, TRY USING ABSTRACT SPIRITUAL TERMS THAT CONVEY NO USABLE INFORMATION. :)

Mindfulness, being aware of of stuff around me and physical sensations. Your right though as soon as i started to think about it i lost it.

When you become a witness and you will be centered at the third eye. between the two eyebrows. The vice versa is the case also. If you are focused in the third eye, you will become a witness.

@Shawn12 We've all constructed a false concept of reality and we know it internally so we are becoming aware of that as to become aware of the truth. 

Who know's how that false concept unwinds in each of us, we each constructed a similar but unique false reality.

Focus always on the breathing in your stomach. Relax. 

Keep letting go. Allow yourself some time without thinking.

@Shawn12 Pretty cool that you can already do 30 min! 

When I started out, 20 minutes was something I really struggled with haha.

Remember though as Leo stated many times, " Quality over Quantity"

So meditate consciously, not mechanically
