Glimpse Of Inconditional Love ???

6 posts in this topic

Hi , this is my first post , i'm really excited to talk to you , guys :D

So , i had this weird experience : one of my closest family member is stuck in life and i consider her to be academicaly stupid and not willing to grow herself and only a workalcoholic . I've got this subtle addiction of always judging other people and i'm a little bit ashamed of it . Once my judgement thougt was formed i had a quick feeling of humiliation , that lasted less then a second ,  as if that judgement was headed directly towards me . Is this a sign that my compassion is growing ?

I would really appreciate your responses :)

Maybe you are growing in a good direction. Its a good step. Judgement is bad. Because we tend to misunderstand a lot. Its your projection of someone's behavior. They may not be that way.

@Mario unconditional love includes yourself, so stop redirecting your judgments towards you. instead, just throw them away.

if you want to do something to help her, just stop by and listen to her passively. human beings live in endless struggles.

So, the fact that i'm ashamed by the fact that i judge others or/ and the fact that i felt humiliated shows that i don't love myself ?

(If Leo or other topics explain this you don' t have to reply)

@Mario you have to find your way out of this mental masturbation. you're trying to solve thoughts with thoughts and it's an endless battle.

get out of the mud! go back to your breathing! do it while you sit, stand and lie down. do it 100 times in a day. do it 100000 times in a day. do it as many times as you can recall the attitude of Practice.
