Compassion , Self Doubt.

1.May i know how to develop compassion. ?

2.May i know the  steps to live from heart or how to open the spiritual heart.?

P.S  I have self doubts. Yesterday, I felt that i am not gifted enough to be enlightened. 

one more thing. may i know how to approach someone from space of love. I haven't kissed any girl before and the curiosity changed to frustration. I personally don't feel like approaching a girl from a space of lack or going to her to validate my life. May i know how to deal with all these emotional issues, before approaching a girl? how to be in the space of love and feel the perfection in my life?

@zenny - you are already enlightened ! It is just a matter of you realizing it.

First of all I applaud your desires.

Second, you are already compassionate...you just need to unleash it and develop it....its like a muscle... I think the fastest and easiest way is to do compassionate actions...by doing compassionate actions...this will affect your insides and make your nature more compassionate. Make it a habbit to give charity to a poor person every morning. It could even be a nickel every morning. The action of giving will infuse within you this character trait of compassion. 

As for the kissing thing. Focus on the fact that the girl your going to kiss needs love and emotional care and your kiss is giving it to her. You are doing an amazing thing for her...the kiss is not for you. Its for her. You are there to give her pleasure and make her feel that she is loved and cared for...hopefully you do. The physical act of kissing is empty...its really an act of GIVING disguised and this lip thing. Its like shes thirsty and your quenching her thirst. Don't focus on your self (that will help with enlightenment also) focus on her and what she wants and what would make her feel good. Watch leos video on how to have amazing sex. Kissing is not a big deal...its all about the chance and oppurtunity and ability to give to this girl exactly what she needs.

Thanks mate. I will do some random acts of kindness. 

I will keep an eye on the girl's desires too .  and i think i should increase my ability to understand a girl and myself too. woah, it seems like kissing is an emotional act of caring .Sure friend, I will see how i can genuinely care for her
