Meditation And Enlightenment With Thc?

9 posts in this topic

I visited Amsterdam 2 weeks ago and was curious about ganja because their government says it's legal there and, therefore, it is not harmful.

My friend and I took the strongest one they called it, White Widow. We ate it and smoked it.

After 40 minutes I decided to do some meditation.I sat on the floor in a lotus position, I closed my eyes and put my focus on the clock ticking.

Then everything got weird:DI sat there meditating, and suddenly it felt like I left my body. It felt like I had another body and was behind my physical body and looking down to it from above and my spirit body as I call it seems much bigger and taller. I was detached, and I could feel the room :P

Then I opened my eyes and completely forgotten that I was sitting in that spot and got a sensation on my forehead, felt excellent. Then it got even weirder.

I was walking to the WC, but I saw this window and wanted to look outside, I looked outside. I did not feel like I was inside nor outside; I was just there observing. It did not even feel like reality, can't describe it with the word, but I got scared about existence ^^ was thinking about atoms and that I am here right now breathing, and I am alive.

Then I finally came to the WC, and I sat there and everything felt like a video game. I finished what I was doing and when I moved up. things got even weirder.

As soon as I moved up, I just saw my legs from above, and I could feel that I was not even controlling my body :D I was just observing and everything was moving like on a short delay.

Would visit Amsterdam again.

I would say that this isn't an enlightenment experience but that it drew your attention toward certain aspects of your reality in a different way than you're used to experiencing them. So, you probably were receptive to more sensory stimuli that your mind would normally edit out for ease of understanding, because of the different way of processing. So, it probably got past the conceptual mind in greater degree than normal, but probably wasn't an enlightenment experience.

That make sense. Where did you learn those words and knowledge? Would like to dig deep into this area because the experience was fun and nice.

I had two enlightenment experience (artificially induced) six years ago. Since then I've spent five years studying into various spiritual and psychological practices. I found Leo's enlightenment videos about a year ago and started studying into that as well. So, my knowledge comes from personal experience, contemplation, and research. Also, I used to smoke when I was a teenager, and I think I know the experience that you're referring to.

@Spiritjunkie I was recently told a story from someone who smoked who doesn't usually and they felt like they had that out of body experience very similar to what you described. This person was not studying person development or enlightenment and was not looking for it. I smoke frequently so I don't get that "high" to where all my senses are extremely enhanced like they are when you don't have a tolerance to it. Take your experience for what you got out of it :)

Sometimes I wonder whether there is more than just thc in these 'branded' types of weed.  Personally I would stay clear of anything that has to be smoked or involves some sort of processing, its not natural.  In the end you just get addicted and it leads to other stuff.  I've wasted a good deal of my youth with this stuff, wish I could turn back the clock.

I have nothing against mushrooms though as they are natural, however I have never tried them.

It was clean THC Oil, and weed is also natural ^^ think of all the sunlight it needs to grow to function properly.

Hey.  I was referring to weed having to be smoked to get high..  But after a little research I realise that it doesn't have to be heat activated as id always thought.  So I stand corrected.  I'm well aware its a plant lol :)

Shamans throughout the ages have looked to plant helpers to reach enlightenment. The reality of that is up to you.
