I don't know, don't really think about it as something 'I have to accomplish '. I just do the exercises and read about it because it really interests me haha

No, as I am Indian, I have seen mystics devoting their life for pursuing enlightenment. To survive full enlightenment, preparation is necessary. I am still not prepared. But I live my life relaxed and blissful.
