law of attraction got me pretty much everything I wanted lol... from -100 to +100

Try to write down what you want to attract, then what you want to feel. And you should generate that feeling to motivate your brain to take action.

It's also good to know the why's you want to attract that thing.

Try to fall asleep with that feeling you wish to feel.

Read your affirmation in the morning and meditate for 30 minutes without thinking about the affirmations, do this again in the evening before bed.
