Awareness Of Heartbeat

With all the personal developement and meditation I do my awareness is growing pretty rapidly.

Recently I noticed that wherever I go or whatever situation I'm in, I'm always aware of my heart beating. It is very strange for me and sometimes freaks me out. Is this something that's usual?

No this sounds like a common side effect of awakening. In fact this is a very good sign, because the heart is where the center of consciousness lies. In fact you can do heart meditation and tap into it's electromagnetic field. Once tapped into you can use it to ground you and feel love you've never felt before.

Look up heart meditation maybe that is what your good at.

When you develop body awareness and start focusing your awareness on sensations, feelings and emotions that will happen.

It happened with me and it's still with me... I'm your age.

When you do self-inquiry and you get a very existential crisis moment, look at your heart beat.

Ofc it can only work if you're fit :3
