What do you guys think, does this capture the essence of spirituality,?

@Wouter No just a stage. :-) But spirituality itself can be viewed as a stage.
There is only life and existence, nothing else remainse. It is ever changing and uncapturable. There is no essence except for never-ending flow of waking up out of things.
Every essence is to be woken out of, every essence is to be seen through, every essence is to be proven false in time.

With "the essence of spirituality" I didn't mean what it will reveal, I rather meant the "explanation" why a spiritual journey would reveal truth.

If you stop believing, then you know, but you can believe things unknowingly. You can believe that democracy is good or communism is good. You can believe that your parents , girlfriend , wife or children really love you. You can believe that Hitler was bad and Gandhi was good. You can believe that Islam is evil and Christianity is good. 

Belief is a state of non-understanding. People believe because they don’t know. You don’t believe in the sun, you don’t believe in the trees, you don’t believe that the trees are green; you simply know. To know the real, all beliefs have to be dropped.

Belief is a construct of thoughts -> thoughts are energy forms with illusiory content -> so beliefs are basically a lie -> lie is opposite of truth
