A Question About Using Visualization And Affirmation To Reprogram The Subconscious

4 posts in this topic

Just wondering how many are feasible to do in a given day. The way I have it set up right now is one affirmation and one visualization at a time, which I do daily from anywhere between a month to three months, depending on when I "feel" that I've put in the necessary time to rewire my subconscious. Is this already too many? Should I only one at a time? Can I do more?

Find a good video and.listen to only this. 30 minutes are enough..I have a very good is longer than 2 hours. Do you want it ?

Anyway this is it.

I don't like the repetitive ones. Try this.

You can listen.Only 30 minutes of this everyday or you can listen 5 minutes now five minutes then to add to the total thirty minutes so it would be forty forty five but not all at once. Do it daily. You can combine it with sketching or mandala. At least I do this or any other easy activity. Not driving tho. Good luck. It will work !!!!

@egoeimai  Thanks for the share, but this doesn't answer my question.

What I want to know is how many different visualizations and affirmations I can do in a given day. To be more clear, I choose two things I'd like to wire into my subconscious, say, not caring what others think and being more confident. I then do each of these for 5 minutes every morning for one to three months. My question is can I increase the number of visualizations and affirmations within that one to three month-long time-frame, or is there a limit?
