Okinawa, Japan is one of the areas in the world with the highest average life expectancy and is the area with the highest population density of centenarians.

Interestingly, they do not have a word for retirement, instead they have "ikigai", which roughly translates to "reason you get up in the morning."

The Health Secrets Of The Hunza People (Pakistan) Who Live Over 100 Years

Citizens of Hunza (also known as Burusho people) usually live up to the age 120. They can easily conceive even after 60 years.

The people of Hunza are not lazy. They are active and fast! From dawn to dusk, the villagers work hard. Rather than watching movies and going on long drives, their idea of fun is to walk and indulge in sporty activities.

Their bodies have an entirely different composition than here (America). We eat shit and call it food over here. We also think shit and call it religion.  We even elect shit, and then accept when a hand full of dudes disregard our decision and plug in an even bigger piece of shit, then we just say ok, and refer to him as a president.  And it's all perfect.

@Nahm  If you're interested in a lot of the factors that went into their  longevity, check out the TEDtalk if you haven't already. I thoroughly enjoyed it.

Yea. That's what healthy leisure time looks like. I like to consider going to the gym as leisure time, or walking while listening to an audiobook or podcast. ;)
