Mindfulness is a big key. You need to open yourself up to the fear, surrender the ego it, observe it objectively.

Also, getting dead-set on your life purpose has been very important for me personally. Keeps the worst fears manageable.

You are God. You are Truth. You are Love. You are Infinity.

I agree with that, but when working with music in my case you will always face the impredictable and have to relocate your skills and even change strategy. My life purpose is what keeps me on the long term road, but for any level of success there's a big price to pay specially on arts.

I feel that even with alot of discipline we are so far from the ideal goals.

I suggest videos talking about that kind of advanced motivation trouble, when we need alot of stress management control to sopport this enormous pressure of the demands and contents that so round us.

I feel like David versus Goliath  fight because of our strength and inteligence limitations.

Even with alot of great tools present on your videos I was feeling that sense of weakness.

I think it's time to rewatch mindfulness videos !
