Stuff I Should Cut Out Altogether?

I'm sure these are already pretty clear. But what stuff should I remove from my diet altogether?

Don't trust the all or nothing approach. Everything is unhealhy in excess. A good rule of thumb is to limit junk food to a maximum 20-30% of your daily food intake.

Added sugars would be a good place to start. Most individuals get cravings for sweets from time to time, but those sweets with added sugars can have a negative impact on your health in the long run. You can always substitute fruit for your sugar cravings!

My advice would be to cut out all junk/fast foods, all whites (white bread, flour, sugar ect..),

Sugar and Sodas are cancer for your body.

Deep fried foods.

Limit processed foods as much as possible.

Processed meats and animal products (only buy raw, organic, grass-fed ect..)
