I've Redoubled Two Years In Baccalaureate

hey guys may it's a limiting belief may it's another thing that i don't know but i have a huge problem with this one | the previous years and this year when this days comes i mean the last days before the final exam i become with no power too nervous angry ... and i can't sit and study for my exam what's wrong with me ? also i would like to tell you that my baccalaureate it's an important thing in my life without it nothing can happen with me so i need your help mr mrs <3

@aniss this requires DEEP analysis.

  • how are your relationships with people from the opposite sex?
  • how sedentary are you?
  • how dependent on your parents are you when it comes down to experiencing things that you judge as essential? and what do you think of that dependency (it's ok / it sucks)?
  • how hard is it for you to handle your sexuality?
  • have you ever tried meditation/yoga before?

Do you do any sports? Because being nervous, angry and always on the move even though you are tired are clear symptoms of too much adrenaline in your body. That even fits in with the timing: you are in a lot of psychological stress because of the exams and everything around it. Your body naturally puts out adrenaline to put you in the fight-or-flight mode.

The solution might be quite simple: Really exhaust yourself physically for about an hour! Go for a run, do fitness, whatever, but really bring yourself to the limit.

That's the only way to "use" the adrenaline, to get rid of it. You will feel much better afterwards, all the stress and anger will dissolve into nothing.

first point : i don't have a girl friend and i'm in love with one girl two years in the college i love here and in the days of school i've tried too many times to go to her  and tell her about my emotions towards here but i couldn't coz when the moment comes i feel nervous and fear from something but without my desire 
second point : i'm introvert i don't like to talk to people all times i'm on my computer watch youtube or porn & masturbate  surf on facebook *() just
third point : no when it comes to something i do it my self ain't that kind of person who has a dependent on his parent 
four point : as i said i watch porn a lot and what do you mean by sexuality ! i'm male totally and i proud of it 
five point : nope

this year i've done about , from 13 to 20 running time i did what you said but this idea of spending adrenaline ... wasn't on my brain , i'll try it and thanks dude for ur attention

Let me hear if it works!

And don't forget: With as much adrenaline as you have in your body, you have to run quite a while to get it all out. So run until you can't do it anymore, then keep running until you get the so called "runnner's high". Your mind will suddenly be incredibly calm, relaxed and peaceful. Everything feels like it's kind of slowed down, the volume of everything around you turns down and you are full of serotonin.

Running or doing stuff like weightlifting, bodyweight training etc. gets me out of that agressive/anxious state every time.

@aniss as i thought, you're wasting your sexual energy. this leads to demotivation and stress.

if you want to heal yourself, you need to learn how to channel your sexual energy through your spine.

i have nothing else better to recommend other than the practice of the 8 limbs of yoga. it's a millenarian method and it works.

Learn about nofap, because wasting your sexual energy lead to sadness and/or depression (especially if you add porn on top of it).
If you have lots of cool shit going on in your life, that's still not a reason, because if you stop masturbation, you gain MASSIVE ENERGY.

More than a ejaculation every 2 week is a total waste of energy, no one will tell you that, because everyone is addicted, so don't believe them and find out for yourself.

Right now you don't have a gf, that's the perfect moment to master your sexual energy.
Even if you do get one, that's still not an excuse, learn how to not ejaculate when you come (that's possible, and that's not that hard to do).

@ajasatya @Shin @Phillip OK GUYS ! what if i just stop masturbation & watching porn ,and i not going after this stuff that's will be cool with me >? i need to know if i just give up with this shit (porn ...) ,in reality i do not feel comfortable with yoga ... coz in the end its just a work you gonna do it for getting better than you now ! what if we just put to give up on (...) in the first place , what the causes on my emotions and my beliefs and my productivity in general ??? coz my productivity is important ! then everything else and i do not like to invest my time into things i do not see that will work with me in fact its much the opposite ! <i mean i can't even put that 100% commitment >

@aniss well, if you manage to quit masturbation and porn without yoga/meditation then you're a spiritual genius.

also, what you ingest is directly related to your capacity to attain true peace of mind. alcohol and industrialized food are real toxins.
