Unhooking Myself From Porn

I have been addicted to porn for a couple of years and it's become a soul-draining and mindless activity.

Here's my plan to unhook myself from it and although some of these things might be "too private", I figured it would inspire someone who wants to unhook from any bad habit that's robbing them of their time and energy.

This is what it ACTUALLY looks like.

Good for you bro. Once you've done the 100 days porn-free, you'll never go back.

I think occasional porn-free masturbation is fine, say once or twice weekly.

Here's a counter intuitive move for you, force yourself to masturbate for 30 days.

 

I found that when I did no fap for 30 days, I learned all the advantages and disadvantages.

after that 30 days I forced myself to masturbate every time I felt that desire and took all those lessons and advantages and disadvantages.

after those days I found myself striking a really good balance of when to and when not to masturbate. Above all not stressing or fretting about the whole paradigm of porn or masturbating in general. being totally at peace with it. Masturbation is not much of an obstacle at all for me anymore because I seen both sides of the spectrum fully.

 

This might or might not work for you, just giving you some ideas.
