It's All Inside You

For those who can feel the "is-ness" of everything (even just a little bit)

Try to feel that everything is inside you.

That includes your own body
Your own body is inside you

Do not make it into a concept
Do not imagine/picture it
Do not think about it

Just focus on that, for at least 20 minutes everyday.

But everything arise from nothing.

It cannot be understood intellectually, that's why every teacher tells you thinking must be transcended, not removed.
You can't stop thinking anyway, but you can see your thoughts as an immaterial object like a song or an emotion.

If you can do that, you can also sense from where the thoughts come, which is from nowhere.

@Shin Something does not arise from nothing. Consider your own definition of nothing for a minute.

Something only arises from the observance of everything. The ego self even, can not be nothing, because by our definition it would not be at all, yet it is, because we are referring to it right now. It is from the everything. To tell anyone they are nothing, is the same as telling them they are not of the everything. It is already in itself an act of separation and violence by the sayer.

A Mirage is nothing if the sayer knows the mirage is mirage. It is something only from the standpoint of the one who still believes the mirage is actually real.

We are referring to nothing all the time (not that we have seen what we refer to). But it's only a metaphor.

@Dodo Telling someone they are nothing is not a metaphor. It's a communication from total misunderstanding of reality and the self.   Nothing can't be happy, can't accomplish, can't pursue, can't love, can't develop, can't create. 

Lots of people refer to things all the time. Things leaders say. Things that are popular. Things of repetition.  That has nothing to do with truth or benefit for me.  It's often the obstacle.

Accomplishment is nothingness and nothingness is accomplishment

Pursuing is nothingness and nothingness is pursuing

Love is nothingness and nothingness is love

Development is nothingness and nothingness is development

Creation is nothingness and nothingness is creation

I hope that bridges the divides

Nothing trully is God

Ps: Everything is nothingness and nothingness is everything.
