I would like to share what we know about food, ingredients, recipes, and diet systems that can enhance meditation yoga and spiritual receptivity.

Please let's not cling to promote illegal drugs here, I care about natural legal ways that's possible to everybody and everywhere.

Any thoughts?

I personally had some awareness expanding experience after a day of fasting which included a 3,5 hrs walk/run. The next day my sensory perception was way stronger and I found myself in a sort of blissful state like after a long relaxing mediation session.

If you want to grow as a person and if you are healthy, go on a water fast for something like 3-7 days. You will very quickly come to realize how you numb yourself with food. :D
