why women don’t like modern men

64 posts in this topic

I find that even in my 40s I need to present my masculine features first. Martial arts background, tattoos, lifting weights, being direct with my thoughts and speech, eye contact, good posture, some flirting. This is not a brag-rant on how masculine I am. I pepper in little bits of these things until I sense attraction.

Women like sensitive men, but they are usually looking for a sensitive worrier that can meet her emotionally needs as well as protect her and potential offspring. Attraction has deep ties to survival and biology and most women do not have the ability to see through that even into their 40s.

I tend to look for deep, introspective types, but when i come across a hot one with a nice butt and a feminine voice I can loose control and start thinking with my dick. I am not immune to being overpowered by biological attraction despite knowing that it's not going to lead to anything fulfilling.

Women in the late 30s even still date assholes.

In pickup we used to have the three phase model: attraction, comfort and connection, and seduction.

I still finds this holds true but they kind of blend together.

Most women are not going to care that you are actualizing or doing emotional healing right up front. Reveal that later.

Be interesting and inject humor, not some serious actualizer guy.

Comfort and connection up front will put you in the friend zone most of the time.

This is a more feminine quality than masculine. The latter is more masculine.

I'm glad we're converging on consensus @Hojo. I'll sleep soundly tonight.
