The end of US Democracy

About 4 million people, over %1 of the entire US population, took to the streets to protest the Trump regime on Saturday April 19, many in small towns and deep red counties.

The April 5 Hands Off protests drew out 5.2 million, and that had weeks of planning behind it. While yesterday's protest drew out the numbers it did on less than a week's notice in many or most cases.

@Breathe And which authority exactly would you trust on this topic? I would recommend you read through the entire through process and make up your mind on the validity of it yourself.

@LordFall I've asked this question myself, who should I trust on this matter? It's clear to me that there a few different threads. I will also say who my trusted sources are:

1. Project 2025 - I don't have a single source, but have read some of the highlights of the plan and it is clear that this is taking place as we speak.

2. A fascist regime change - Sarah Kendzior, Heather Cox Richardson, Timothy Snyder, Ruth Ben-Ghiat: Journalists and historians who specialize in authoritarian regimes.

3. Trump's special relationship with Russia - Sarah Kendzior

4. The Network state - The gaslit nation podcast , the architect of the network state Balaji Srinivasan, and other sources. They are not even trying to hide this shit. It is not a secret, even that being the intention of a Greenland takeover.

 

As for your source, he/she remains anonymous. ALTHOUGH, i have no idea what their credentials are but I have read at least 8-110 of their articles. He has similar predictions to mine, but it is Apr 20 already, and Trump has not declared martial law yet. I have to take what this guy says with a grain of salt.

I trust sources who make accurate predictions about this shit. SK for one has been writing and warning about a fascist takeover for years. I find her very trustworthy.

@Breathe What particular insights does Sarah share that you found interesting? 

I don’t think that anonymity makes people less trustworthy as in this instance being a public figure makes you a target so there’s less you can share. 
 

In the 5th part of the article he shares prompts to share into LLMs to verify his thinking and the 2nd one on how would a fall of democracy in the US look like is particularly concerning.

Red flag.

LMs are cool, but we do know that some, if not all, LLMs are have biases built into them. Some moreso than other. My prediction is that LLMs, if not already, will be part of the propaganda machine. Ever wondering why Elon wants to own GhatGPT?

@Breathe I think you’re being a bit intellectually lazy in your thought process and your epistemology. There’s not a single name they you could put behind an idea to guarantee its validity. 
 

LLMs are a godsend to help potentiate your thinking 100x, you should still check them and question their thinking but you mostly have to check your own logical reasoning if you don’t trust them in general.
