That’s good. I do cardio at least once a week

Isn’t there already? Like stress balls. I remember at the psych ward they had these like squishy things that would be calming to mess with . I also saw an ad on insta of a girl who had created these “stress release rings” its rings for your fingers which are built in a way you could mess around with them , for example move a little ball attached alongside it. It was cool

Well because out of all the Asian buffes I’ve tried there has been one really good, then another one decent and the rest okay or not so good. The really good one is called “Pong”. I wanna go there again

This is a funny post 

I’m imagining you laying on the ground all chubby and fat

How do you overeat so much that it impacts your quality of life from sheer food volume? xD

When I was bulking back in the day (i lost all the weight I gained) I kept throwing up at least once a week from so much food, I ate 2x 2L containers full of fatty red meat, eggs, white rice and 1L of full fat milk. It was a mind fuck from my perspective that people ate that much food naturally, coming from a soy boy who likes salads and fruit.

And the guy who uses an adjustable desk at work so he can type while standing

Other than that I would suggest to be mindful of the process such that the next time you are slightly more able to catch yourself doing it.

About how many calories did you consume ?

If I listen to my natural appetite I would eat about 2500 calories a day.

It was mostly a lot of food at the base, It's normal not to be able to eat all that.

Imagine having to eat 4000 calories of fruit salad lol.

I’m not near fat yet fortunately. I’m slim but I’m trying to get skinny. Down like 2 kg so far.

The occasional overeating doesn’t negatively affect my life in a significant way it’s just I thought if there is a method to maybe help digestion and reduce the bloated feeling. It’s not super important, sometimes I just write what’s on my mind but I don’t put much importance into it

That sounds like a crazy bulk. I’ve never vomited from eating a lot, only if combined with alcohol. 
 

I like salads and fruit too.

Typing while standing what’s the point ? I get walking but simply standing what does that help?

I will try to not overeat again. Next week is Easter so that will really put me to the test.

God knows, around 3200-3500, a lot of fat. Coconut butter, eggs, sweet potatoes, while rice, milk, beef. Jason put me on this diet and I gained 5kg in 2 weeks (65kg), Now I'm back at 60kg.

It would be ideal if I could hit 130-150g of protein, 2500-2800 calories with just fruit and vegetables, I removed meat from my diet, I can't stand eating it anymore, it's disgusting. Now I'm coping with a diet consisting of 500g of skyr, frozen fruit, and your archenemy... 500g of soy milk. (it's high protein!!!)

I tried hard to make tofu, tempeh, and seitan work but it's disgusting, I'm still open to it tho.

I don’t know what chubby is to you, I call myself slim because I have a flat stomach but I’m not skinny, skinny is a step below slim.
