Isha Kriya is good for beginners 

 

 

Pretty sure Leo put out a guided meditation long ago as well

@Judy2 Mabye look in to some. The one that seems most exciting to do go for that one. 


Anyone who says they’re enlightened on this form in anyway is not, except me I am.

Just listen to your breath without controlling the breath, without doing breath exercises, just listen, no matter how you breathe.

If you want the ultimate meditation experience, do shambhavi mudra while you listen to your breath. Is best done with eyes open, until you can't see your pupil and iris, if you take a photo of you. Start slowly, it takes a while to master and just look up.
