If we think of rape as a spectrum, since i got into picking up girls and gaining experience in the area of seduction my mind has definitely loosened about the notion of rape. Like i already kissed and touched girls without their official consent, and they were fully all over me and loved it. So in my mind, the gross idea of someone raping a stranger in the dark alley, i don't know if this happens at all, and also if it happens it is very rare and usually done by people with a mental disorder. Most normal people will not rape someone in a dark alley, but they can be bold and confident. ,My claim is if girls liked me touching and kissing them without their official consent, then where is the line between consensual and non consensual. I one time went talking to a girl at the club and without me even telling her anything, she went and accused me to the security guard. I didn't touch her, didn't have the time to make a full sentence, she went and reported me, i concluded she was mentally ill or something. And another time at the mall, in the day, i went and kissed a girl that i didn't know, after talking to her for a couple of senconds and she was happy about it. So my question is: what is rape ?

If a hot girl makes out with you and rubs your crotch without permission would you react the same as you would if a deformed, fat, smelly, greasy old man covered in rashes, open sores and boils did it?

Rape is something normal, innate in humans. When you're 13 or 14, you would rape. Then you learn empathy, and they explain to you that it's horrible. They also threaten you with terrible consequences, and that disappears from your mind.

In ancient times, rape was normal. People with power raped, all the soldiers on raids raped everyone, fathers raped their daughters, and it's still very common in underdeveloped places. It's simply that you're horny and want to fuck, and there's nothing else in the equation. If the equation includes a father with an axe or 15 years in prison, things change. Or if you've developed emotional empathy, you're no longer an ape.

Are you out of your mind? lol she was just being socially nice because she’s conditioned to avoid conflict and to make you comfortable while you act like an idiot.

if you’re really good at reading the room, then you could get away with a lot and you could understand implicit consent. But it’s a gray area. The situation matters if you’re in a club it makes a lot more sense and there’s a lot more room for implicit signals.

going to random people and kissing them within seconds, it’s just stupid, if anyone came up to me and kiss me within seconds of talking to him, I would feel very uncomfortable.

On the topic of rape, I need you to do some work to show me that you put some effort into this topic to understand it, use AI and really try to make sense of rape and then post back here. If you’re not willing to put some real work into this, I’m not gonna indulge in this kind of topic because it’s too sensitive.

Given that that's twice that you're bringing up rape, please do not use this line of reasoning that you're entertaining in this thread to muddy the ethical waters for yourself to justify raping someone.

In a court of law, these intellectual logic gymnastics will not work as a good defense.
