What Do You Do When You Notice A Judgement Arise?

When I notice a judgement. I am more aware of what it is. When it arises. Why it arsies. It's just part of my previous conditioning and a way my mind views the world. No substance to it, not valinidy to it, no reason for it. If you unconsciously accept this judgement it locks your mind DOWN. I think this is an important step to realise this. 

What do you guys do when you judge another? Do you just watch it arise and dissiapate. Do you not then later indulge in that judgement. Or do you question the judgement to reach the core of its arisal?

I have started trying to notice it too lately, before I was totaly unaware of my judgements. What I do is I just notice it and put my full awareness and attention on it. Then do that as long until I hit acceptance. 

I would condemn and hate my thoughts, emotions, judgements. But now I try to create space, accept them and love them for what they are. This has been a profound shift for me
